Contraindications:
You should not use this medicine if you have had an allergic reaction to fexofenadine or pseudoephedrine. Tell your doctor if you have ever had an allergic reaction to any drug. You should not use this medicine if you have narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, severe hypertension, or severe heart disease. You should not use this medicine if you are using MAO inhibitors (Eldepryl®, Marplan®, Nardil®, Parnate®), or have used an MAO inhibitor within the last 14 days
Uses:
Long Acting Tablet

Your doctor will tell you how much of this medicine to use and how often. Do not use more medicine or use it more often than your doctor tells you to.

Swallow the tablet whole. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.

Do not take this medicine with food.

This medicine is usually given to adults and children 12 years of age and older.
If a dose is missed:

Use your medicine as soon as possible, and wait 12 hours until your next dose.

Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next regular dose.

Do not use two doses at the same time.
Storage:

Store at room temperature in a closed container, away from heat, moisture, and direct light.

Keep this and all medicine out of the reach of children.
Special precautions:
Before taking, tell your doctor and pharmacist if you are allergic to any medications. tell your doctor and pharmacist what prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products you are taking. tell your doctor if you have or have ever had heart failure or liver disease. tell your doctor if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding. Make sure your doctor knows about all other medicines you are using, especially erythromycin (E-Mycin®), digoxin (Lanoxin®), ketoconazole (Nizoral®), or medicine for high blood pressure.

Unless approved by your doctor, you should not use this medicine if you are using other allergy or cold medicines.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before using this medicine.

Make sure your doctor knows if you have diabetes, glaucoma, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, an overactive thyroid, or trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate.
Side Effects:
Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:

Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in face or hands, swelling or tingling in the mouth or throat, tightness in chest, trouble breathing
